GAS & LIQUID PUMPS
Hidrokraft has more than 30 years of hydraulic and pneumatic engineering in the design and manufacture of pumps and systems for pressure testing and chemical injection.
Our range of liquid pumps are pneumatically driven, reciprocating plunger pumps. The pumps are ratio devices that utilise low pressure compressed air to drive a larger diameter piston, which is linearly connected to a smaller hydraulic piston. Using this ratio principal, a higher pressure can be generated.
Hidrokraft liquid pump model numbers reflect the pump's nominal pressure ratio, that is, how many times grater pressure can be generated from the air drive pressure. You need to use the ratios, along with your specific output pressure requirements to select your pump.

Gas Boosters
The GBS series of gas booster is single acting,
single Ø125mm air drive unit that is capable of pressure in excess of ~ 1160 PSI / 80 bar. The Hidrokraft booster model number reflects the unit's actual pressure ratio. The outlet stall pressure is easy to set by adjusting the air drive pressure and by simply multiplying the pressure ratio by the air drive pressure.

single Ø160mm air drive unit that is capable of pressure in excess of ~ 6961 PSI / 480 bar. The Hidrokraft booster model number reflects the unit's actual pressure ratio. The outlet stall pressure is easy to set by adjusting the air drive pressure and by simply multiplying the pressure ratio by the air drive pressure.
