BSD250 series
HYDRAULIC BLOCK CYLINDERS WITH END POSITION CUSHIONING
End Position Cushioning
The main purpose of choosing BSD250 series
end-of-stroke cushioned hydraulic block cylinder is to reduce the velocity of the moving mass in injection molds or fixture applications.
In this way, knocking operation is prevented.
BSD250 series cushioned block cylinders are defined by the operating modes 204, 206 and 208.
There are 10 different connection types - body structure.
For injection mold and fixture industries;
Nominal pressure : 250 bar
Test pressure : 300 bar
Maximum stroke : 200 mm
Piston Ø : 16 - 100 mm
