Hidrokraft has more than 30 years of hydraulic and pneumatic engineering in the design and manufacture of pumps and systems for pressure testing and chemical injection.
Our range of liquid pumps are pneumatically driven, reciprocating plunger pumps. The pumps are ratio devices that utilise low pressure compressed air to drive a larger diameter piston, which is linearly connected to a smaller hydraulic piston. Using this ratio principal, a higher pressure can be generated.
Hidrokraft liquid pump model numbers reflect the pump's nominal pressure ratio, that is, how many times grater pressure can be generated from the air drive pressure. You need to use the ratios, along with your specific output pressure requirements to select your pump.
M Series
Air Driven Liquid Pumps
(Mini Pumps)
The M series are the smallest liquid pumps in the range, and are sometimes known as a mini liquid pumps. The pumps are single acting, single Ø80 mm air drive units that are capable of pressures in excess of 20,300 PSI / 1,400 bar. Their size makes them a good replacement for a hand pump or for pressure testing applications where small vessels are being tested.
S Series
Air Driven Liquid Pumps
The S series of liquid pumps are single acting, single Ø125mm air drive units that are capable of pressuresin excess of 20,300 PSI / 1,400 bar. A slightly bigger pump than the M series, the S liquid pumps deliver approximately 3 times more flow at given pressures than the M series.
P Series
Air Driven Liquid Pumps
(High Flow)
The P series of liquid pumps are single acting Ø160mm air drive units that are capable of pressures in excess of ~20,300 PSI / 1400 bar. Larger again, the P series of liquid pumps delivers approximately 3 times the flow of the S series at given pressures.

GAS BOOSTERS

Hidrokraft Gas Boosters are pneumatically driven reciprocating piston pumps and are ratio devices that utilize low pressure compressed air driving a larger diameter piston (area x pressure), which is linearly connected to a smaller gas piston to allow for compression of gases to high pressures.
GBS Series High Pressure Gas Boosters
The GBS serie of gas booster is single acting, single Ø125mm air drive unit that is capable of pressure in excess of ~ 1160 PSI / 80 bar. The Hidrokraft booster model number reflects the unit's actual pressure ratio. The outlet stall pressure is easy to set by adjusting the air drive pressure and by simply multiplying the pressure ratio by the air drive pressure.
GBP Series High Pressure Gas Boosters
The GBP series of gas boosters are single acting, single Ø160mm air drive unit that is capable of pressure in excess of ~ 870 PSI / 60 bar. The Hidrokraft booster model number reflects the unit's actual pressure ratio. The outlet stall pressure is easy to set by adjusting the air drive pressure and by simply multiplying the pressure ratio by the air drive pressure.
